  • How do I contact you ?
    You can chat with us Live from 10 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. Our Live Chat service is only for support, we can not accept orders using this facility.
  • How do I get the Immobiliser code for my car or van?
    To get your code simply enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) into the form on our website, once we receive your order we will manually check the details provided then process your order. We aim to deliver your code by email within two hours.
  • How can I pay for the code?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards online and for your convenience we accept PayPal too.
  • How do I get the code to have a spare or replacement key cut?
    Enter the Vehicle Identification Number from the car, SUV or van into the form on our website. Once we have received your payment we aim to deliver your code by email within 2 hours Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • How do I receive the code once ordered?
    Once we have manually verified the details you supply we will aim to deliver the code to you by email within two hours.
  • How much does it cost to get the code?
    The fee we charge depends on the manufacturer of your car or van. All prices are shown on each individual page.
